What is your return policy? All sales are final. Due to the nature of the business returns cannot be accepted.

I ordered thermals from someone else and they did not hold up, whats the deal with your stickers?  You most likely ordered stickers printed on direct thermal labels, Thermal Slaps prints using thermal transfer technology on weatherproof labels, read more here.

How long will your stickers last outside? Two years.

How many colors are your stickers? One color. Solid black on white fanfold labels.

Are your stickers able to be written on with a permanent ink or paint marker? Yes, order some blanks and try it out!

My logo is white on a black background, can I get it printed ? Yes! It is no problem printing the black background.

How many sticker designs can I submit per order? Two different desings can be accepted for orders of 1000 or more you can submit up to four designs.

How will the stickers arrive?  The stickers are fanfold so they will arrive folded onto each other.

How long will it take you to print my stickers? Depending on how life usually gets in the way, anytime from instantly to a two or three day delay.

Can you make other sizes than what you have in your shop?  Please use the contact form and explain your needs. I will do the best to accomodate you.

How many designs can I submit for Pinback buttons? A total of four desings can be accepted per order. You will have to send them through email since the submmission form only accepts one file.

Do you make colour pinback buttons? Yes, all pinback buttons are full colour.

I cannot send you my file, help! The submission form will prevent you from sending multiple files, just shoot me an email for any additional attachments you need to send. info(at)thrmlstudios.com

• Shipping
  

What shipping carriers do you use? All orders are shipped via Canada Post

Can I have my tracking number? Smaller orders are shipped as regular mail or small packet and unfortunately do not have tracking information available. If you have ordered 500 stickers or more and Canada Post does not email you with a confirmation, let me know and I will forward your shipping info.

How long will it take for me to get my order?  Once shipped, orders to Canada and the US can take 5-8 days. International can take up to 14 days.
