Vinyl Decals

Vinyl decals are cut from large vinyl sheets, the surrounding vinyl is peeled away from the design and transfer mask is applied over the decal. The mask keeps all the design elements together until the decal is applied to a surface.

Thermal Transfer

Thermal transfer printing technology uses thermally sensitive ink ribbons to produce durable, high quality printing on both paper and synthetic labels. The process transfers a black resin and wax mixture onto the sticker, this provides a consistent and reliable print on every label. This printing process is not to be confused with direct thermal where a substance inside the label changes colour once heat is applied. These do not last long in exterior environments.
